For everyone’s sake, drive safely this Christmas
Australian Premier John Brumby today reminded all Victorians of their responsibility to drive safely, as TAC marked 20 years of road safety campaigns and drivers across the state switched their headlights on for road safety. Speaking at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, where the first TAC advertisement was filmed, Mr Brumby reminded all Victorians that reducing road trauma was a community effort. Today, Victorians have shown their commitment to road safety by Shining a Light on Road Trauma, Mr Brumby said. This is a sign of the commitment of the whole community to help reduce deaths and injuries on our roads. Mr Brumby also launched a montage of the most memorable TAC images from the past 20 years, to be aired across the commercial networks just once, after 8.30pm tonight.
JCPenny Christmas 2009: Return To The Dog House
When you have a winning idea, why change things?
That seems to be the thought behind Saatchi & Saatchi New York’s latest spot for JC Penney. Picking up where last year’s beloved “Beware of the Doghouse” campaign left off, Saatchi returns to the doghouse with… well, “Return to the Doghouse.”
There seems to be a lot of camaraderie amongst the Doghouse dwellers. So much so, it might actually be worth buying your wife a thoughtless present just to hang out with your friends… as long as you don’t mind laundry.
Like last year, the idea goes deeper with the campaign’s microsite.

Guinness World Ad – Bring it to Life
Guinness launches its most ambitious ad yet. In a parallel with the way a pint of Guinness is created, the ad shows a group of men bringing “a world to life.”
Taking on the extreme challenge of creating this epic ad, Director Johnny Green recruited an elite team including Oscar winning set designer Grant Major and Oscar nominated Director of Photography Wally Pfisher.
Intel values its people
It is trendy nowadays to communicate yourself as a company which values its people. Giving the fact that Intel is a large corporation – governed by corporate rules – , I don’t think that they gonna fool anyone. But still,, these three ads are very well made and extremely funny.
